The subtle difference being we were not outsourcing our helpdesk but rather hiring fully fledged Origin employees in Manila who are a true extension of our business.

A visit to the TGT office in Manila confirmed world class facilities and world class management team who understand the IT support business and are experts in breaking down any cultural barriers that may affect customer service. Our resourcing and shift requirements were a little outside the norm, however this was not a problem for TGT.
