PEOPLE

We have developed and implemented a specialised in-house Human Resources department that is equipped and experienced in recruiting personnel based on your unique requirements. We take the time to understand your business, people and culture to ensure the candidates we present are a perfect fit. There are a number of ways and methods we use to source candidates for you, before they undergo a comprehensive evaluation and screening process. Once you have chosen the right candidate for your business, we will take them through a HR and Payroll induction program, so all you need to do is focus on getting started.

Origin recently had an urgent requirement to move from the standard 24*7 pager service support to a fully manned 24×7 helpdesk operation. Through friends in the Connectwise community, I was introduced to Peter and the team at TGT Global. From my initial conversations with Peter I knew he had a unique offering that aligned with the culture of our business. The subtle difference being we were not outsourcing our helpdesk but rather hiring fully fledged Origin employees in Manila who are a true extension of our business.

A visit to the TGT office in Manila confirmed world class facilities and world class management team who understand the IT support business and are experts in breaking down any cultural barriers that may affect customer service. Our resourcing and shift requirements were a little outside the norm, however this was not a problem for TGT. The recruitment process and on boarding of staff was streamlined and hassle free and has always delivered great people to join our team. Due to increased demand we have since expanded our team in Manila and are projected to grow this further. We are very happy to partner with TGT but most importantly our customers are happy too.

You guys have been brilliant to deal with, with your HR team and management incredibly helpful and the whole process and been quite effortless. Lots of advice along the way on how to maximise the return as quickly as possible.
